Privacy Policy

Information we use
CalyBayPOD stores account and profile information, uploaded artwork, product settings, placement data, job messages, and records needed to provide billing and production handoffs.
Service providers
We share only the information needed to operate requested services with providers such as Stripe for subscriptions, Printify for product drafts, and the Print Shop selected by a customer for an artwork job.
Files and messages
Artwork jobs and conversations are limited to the customer who sent the job and the selected Print Shop. Original files are retained with the job history unless removed under the applicable account controls and retention requirements.
Security
API tokens and payment credentials are handled server-side. Full Printify tokens and Stripe secret keys are not returned to the browser.
Your choices
You can update profile information, manage subscriptions, disconnect Printify, and archive artwork jobs using the account controls. Contact support for privacy questions or account-data requests.
